We know that in these extraordinary times people need an oasis more than ever, so we are thrilled to welcome you and share how we’re keeping our guests and staff safe. We have taken recommendations from our provincial government, senior health officials and the CMTO, and are confident our new processes and procedures will ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.

Here are some of the safety protocols you can expect to see during your visit to elmspa:

• Guests can request their service provider wear a mask  at the beginning of the service. Our team is happy to accommodate your request and want you to feel comfortable during your treatment.
• Plexiglass barriers at check-in and check-out and in our manicure and pedicure area. 
• Contactless payment options are available. 
• Increased frequency of sanitization of surfaces throughout the spa. 
• Individually packaged refreshments will be available.
• There is self-screening and hand sanitization for staff upon entry into the building before the start of their every shift.
• Heightened sanitization throughout the Spa
• As always, each treatment room and station will be entirely disinfected between appointments.
• We’ll be open from 11am-7pm daily

Virtual Spa & Products for Home

For those of you unable to leave your homes at this time, we continue to offer a range of virtual services for both individuals and groups through our Elmwood Virtual Spa. We have also expanded our Elmwood online shop, featuring hundreds of skincare and home-wellness items. We are eager to do what we can in the circumstances to provide our guests a respite during these difficult times. Keep an eye on our website for updates as they become available.
