Guest Service Representative/ Duty Manager

Roda brings a splash of hospitality brilliance and top-notch customer service magic to our elmspa team.

But here’s the icing on the cake – Roda’s hospitality journey started way up in the clouds as a flight attendant for over 18 years! Yep, you heard that right – she’s flown the friendly skies, and every touchdown was like a spa-cation mission.

Roda isn’t just about warm welcomes and efficient management; she’s a true advocate for wellness. She firmly believes in the superpowers of proactive self-care, holistic vibes, and balanced life. Wellness, massages, and skincare? They’re not just routines; they’re the ultimate pathways to both inner Zen and outer glam.

When she’s not spreading sunshine at the spa, you’ll find Roda whisking up delights in her baking wonderland or sharing laughs with her pals. But hey, her ultimate “me time” recipe? A generous dose of spa pampering, of course!  

NKOSI

With three years at elmspa and over a decade at Elmwood Spa, Nkosi is no stranger to the art of soothing souls. Hailing from a background in physical therapy studies in the United States, he’s the Registered Massage Therapist who turned his healthcare passion into a hands-on well-being journey.

Nkosi isn’t just about kneading out muscle knots – he’s a firm believer in the power of consistent wellness. He believes that by indulging in regular wellness treatments, guests are on a path to a beautifully balanced mind, body, and soul. So, say goodbye to stress and hello to Nkosi’s soothing touch – your ticket to a holistic paradise! 

Damaris

With a heart brimming with compassion and a passion for making a positive impact, Damaris is here to sprinkle a little wellness magic into your life.

Damaris found her calling in the spa and wellness industry because it’s all about spreading feel-good vibes. Her happiness thrives when she knows she’s helping others feel their best – both physically and mentally. It’s no wonder her guests keep coming back for her rejuvenating and relaxing expertise.

Andre is our seasoned Registered Massage Therapist, weaving wellness wonders at Elmwood Spa and elmspa for over 16 years. He’s not just a therapist; he’s a master of relaxation in our tranquil haven.

What keeps Andre enchanted with elmspa? It’s the serene ambiance and friendly faces all around. With knowledgeable colleagues and the fantastic Manager, Ronite, every day is a breeze.

His wellness mantra? Simple yet profound – taking care of people is the key. Andre’s longevity in the spa and wellness industry is a testament to his dedication and passion.

When he’s not easing away tensions, Andre’s a mobile game maestro, an urban hiking explorer, and an occasional karaoke superstar. From massages to mobile games, he’s got the perfect balance of unwinding covered.

KAMELIA

Kamelia is our seasoned Aesthetician with an incredible journey spanning over 25 years at elmspa. She’s not just an aesthetician; she’s a true source of positive energy and love in our spa haven.

Kamelia’s wellness mantra? Eat, love, drink, and monthly pampering. With a heart dedicated to beauty, Kamelia’s hands create pure magic, leaving happy guests glowing. Her proudest professional moments? Witnessing the joy on her guests’ faces after her touch of magic.

Rosalee is our radiant Aesthetician who’s been brightening Elmwood Spa and elmspa for 24 years. She’s not just an aesthetician; she’s a true well-being enthusiast with a sprinkle of magic.

When it comes to wellness, Rosalee’s philosophy is pure gold – she loves nurturing that feel-good factor and empowering others to care for themselves.
