COVID-19 CLOSURE

Dear elmspa family,

In response to the latest COVID-19 developments and in line with government guidelines to shutter most non-essential services, elmspa  is temporarily closing operations for a second time this year in an effort to assist in reducing the spread of COVID-19. The closure is effective on Monday, November 23rd 2020.

At elmspa, we took a slow approach to reopening back in July, implemented comprehensive safety protocols and precautions that go above an beyond government guidelines in order to ensure the safety of guests and staff. These include mandatory temperature readings, a COVID-19 screening questionnaire and waiver as well as plexiglass barriers, physical distancing indicators and increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, among others.

We are making the following adjustments to those with upcoming bookings:

• All reservations are cancelled for the upcoming weeks,  or until the government deems it safe to  re-open. If you booked online, you will be refunded automatically.
• Any promotional offer already booked or purchased expiring in November or December 2020 will be honoured at a later date.
• The window to qualify for our 2021  ESE program  has been extended.

We recognize that it is especially during times like these, when people are most in need of a respite. As such, we are offering alternatives to spa days, including virtual facial kits for at home pampering.

During times like this, it is our duty to service the community where we can, while ensuring we follow the guidelines recommended by  our provincial and local health authorities, including strict hygiene practices for all remaining staff.

Bangkok Garden Restaurant will continue to prepare and provide take-out orders and delivery. During times like this, it is our duty to continue to service the community where we can.

We will continue providing updates on our website, emails,  and social media as the situation develops, and do hope to welcome you back soon! We hope that you all stay safe in the meantime.
